Simple Breakfast for Fast Fat Loss

Fast Fat Loss is not accomplished through “miracle pills” and fancy surgeries. It’s accomplished through practicing the right fat loss principles day in and day out.

And the only way that you are going to learn these fat loss principles is by “learning to love” these fat loss principles. They are not complicated, but usually these fast fat loss habits are overlooked. Something as simple as eating a healthy breakfast will go a long way toward helping you achieve your goals.

Here I’ll give you a recipe for a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast that literally takes about ten minutes to prepare and cook. And it’s a certified fast fat loss breakfast (certified by me, of course).

News Flash: Eating a bagel with cream cheese or a bowl of cereal before work is not going to help you lose any weight. You need a breakfast that is high in lean protein, full of vegetables, and contains some healthy fat. These ingredients are the components of a healthy breakfast geared toward fast fat loss.

So without further ado, I present to you my Simple Breakfast for Fast Fat Loss:

Ingredients

  • Two whole omega-3 eggs. Yes, using whole eggs is fine (it’s the yolk that contains the omega-3, a healthy fatty acid found in fish oil that actually helps promote fat loss)
  • Two handfuls of baby spinach. Popeye was right! Spinach is the ultimate super food.
  • Half cup of chopped pepper and onion (optional)
  • One Tbsp olive oil or canola oil
  • Quarter cup of feta cheese
  • Two chicken sausage links (Trader Joe’s sells a delicious chicken breakfast sausage)
  1. Simply heat up the olive oil (or canola oil) on medium heat for a few minutes, then throw the uncooked spinach and chopped veggies in.
  2. While the veggies are cooking, whisk the two eggs.
  3. Once they are lightly browned and the spinach has shriveled up, add the whisked eggs and let sit for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese and scramble up for about another minute.
  5. After the eggs have cooked, throw in the sausage links and cook until browned (be sure to make sure they are cooked all the way through)

And there you have it…a quick, simple, and delicious breakfast designed for fast fat loss. It includes lots of vegetables (spinach, peppers, onions) lean protein (omega-3 eggs and chicken sausage) and some healthy fat (olive or canola oil and omega-3).
