My name is Chris Allan, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Consultant. In addition to working out at the gym, my other hobbies include rock climbing and mountaineering. Both are great workouts and involve intense planning and training. I’ve learned many lessons from the mountains, some related specifically to fat loss and some related elsewhere.
I have a deep interest in the use of online weight loss programs in order to streamline the process for people to lose weight. I believe that online weight loss is ever-growing, and I am dedicated to helping people decide which method, whether it be a specific website, an e-book, or any other avenue that helps you lose weight as fast and safely as possible.
I also enjoy cooking. Though I’m not the best chef in the world, I do have fun in the kitchen and am always trying to come up with delicious and healthy new recipes.
